• Product Collaboration: Shaped features, identified opportunities, and guided technical implementation in the early stages of the product development
• Foundation Development: Laid the groundwork for the image generation model and pipeline that became core to the platform
• AI Model Implementation: Introduced and implemented multiple models including ControlNet, tiling, inpainting, and custom ControlNet models for the early version of the platform
• Early Technical Leadership: Established the technical foundation that enabled the platform to achieve product-market fit and later spin off as an independent startup.

• Managing the technical team and serving as a bridge to the business team

I helped establish the technical foundation and product-market fit for Spacely.ai. The platform later achieved significant milestones including designing over 1,000,000+ spaces for 120,000+ users worldwide, winning recognition in major competitions, and successfully spinning off as an independent startup with funding from SCB 10X.
